Arlo Pro, Only Some Recorded Videos Will Playback

After the recent updates, I am now having trouble getting video from the library to playback regardless of whether I try the app or log in via Chrome. Some will and some wont? It buffers, then nothing. Any suggestions?

Have you tried to reboot the base station & test again? Does this issue occur over cellular data as well?
