Arlo Pro - One of Two Cameras Not Detecting Motion

Hello - I just installed an Arlo Pro 2 camera system.  Camera 1 is working just fine.  Camera 2 is not detecting motion.  Even when I do the motion detection test, the LED doesn't light up.  I've tried unistalling and reconnecting the camera.  Same result.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Swap batteries. If it follows the battery or stays with the camera, swap the system at the store.

Thanks for the reply.  Swapped batteries.  Camera 1 still working normal.  Camera 2 still not detecting motion.  

 

Purchased via Amazon and threw away the boxes a little prematurely.  Any options to send in the faulty camera, or other tricks I can try to make it work?

Contact Amazon. They should send out new ones and you can use the packaging. If not, I don't see why you can't just pack it up in a box to send it back.
