Arlo Pro - One Camera Will Not Stay Charged & The Other Will Not Sync

I have two cameras, one that has never kept a charge and the other, will not sync to base station. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

Define "has never kept a charge." How long before you charge? How many total minutes per day, on average, are you recording and live viewing? What's the WiFi strength shown?

 

For the one that won't sync, have you tried syncing when AC power is applied, with and without a bettery installed? Is the battery charged?  Are you just briefly pressing the base sync button and not holding it for 2 seconds?
