Arlo Pro Not syncing

Base is not syncing wtih the cameras.
Now it's saying it's offline, but it was ONLINE for the past hour, and not syncing.

HELP!

Power down the base unit and let it come back online...takes a min or two

 

Open the camera and pull battery , then replace

 

QUICK push on base sync button, then a sec later the camera
