Arlo Pro Not Working

Hi there I have had my Arlo Pro for approximately 10 months and one camera has stopped working. Have brought a new charger and battery and it still doesn’t go. Any suggestions?

Hardware issues and invoking your warranty has to be done by opening a case with support here. First, though, what happens when you first insert the battery? You should get an immediate, short blue LED indicating power.
