Arlo Pro Not Recording

Arlo Pro motion icon detects motion but does not record. I removed the battery and re synced camera which did not solve problem. Camera will show live video.  

 

Running man is constantly orange,even when camera is disabled.

Try a reboot of the base via the power button.  You may have to do a full reset if that is NG
