Arlo Pro Not Detecting night motion

I bought the Arlo Pro to detect motion at night and its not getting ANYTHING more than 3 feet away-works great during the day. At night NOTHING. What should I do? I've put the motion sensor up to 100%.

Are you trying to use them thru windows ?

 

If so, they will not work as the glass blocks IR which is needed to detect motion

 

Other than that, the Pro cameras usu have very good response to people... maybe install issue?
