I normally use my computer to log on and see what the camera's are doing or to view live.  Through the Arlo site if I'm not active on the page it will log me out after a short time.  To go back into it you need to always put in your password.

If I'm looking at the camera's and video on my tablet or phone - I don't need to put in my password each time and it doesn't boot me out.

Is there a way (some setting) that can be used so when on the computer I don't keep getting booted out?

If someone rings the bell and I want to check and see who is there - taking the time to log in each time by way of the computer is a nuisance.

No way the change the timeout. Only Netgear can modify the procedure. You could open a case with support or add kudos to a thread about this in the Idea Exchange forum here or create your own.

Thanks for the reply.  To bad that it can't be changed since the timeout seems quite quick.  I will try to find the thread in the Idea's Exchange.
