Arlo Pro Model # VMC4030 not charging and not syncing.

My Arlo Pro’s are not charging properly.  1 camera only charges to 50% after being plugged in for 24 hours and the other camera doesn’t charge and doesn’t sync with the base.  Both cameras have only been used indoors.  I’ve only used the charging cable and charger that came with my cameras.

Have you tried the battery from camera 2 in camera 1?
