I am in Australia. I have Arlo Pro Model No.VMS4330. I cannot get a gmail alert video to run on our mobile phones.....Oppo A73 (ColorOS v3.2) and Oppo F1s (ColorOS v 3.0.0). This problem started in the last few weeks (September 2019). The gmail alert video runs just fine on my iPad and my IMac. I have downloaded the new Arlo app onto both Oppo phones and I can run the videos successfully from the arlo app library on both Oppo phones. It does not matter whether the phones are connected to mobile data or wifi, I am still unable to run the alert videos from gmail.
