Arlo Pro Mode feature is offline when using PC laptop

I just installed the base station and three cameras.  The system seems to be working when I use my cell phone and I am able to see live, recordings and creat modes.  However, when using my PC, I am not able to access the mode feature.  I select mode and in the left column the base station message is "getting status" or "offline".  Therefore, I am not able to configure the cameras. I am able to see live and recordings.  Also, a few minutes into moving around the program, the cameras also go offline.  Please advise how I can get the system to work coreectly in my laptop

Easiest thing to try is changing browsers... Fire Fox, Chrome , or new version of IE

What OS and browser?  Is everything up to date? Have you tried a different browser?
