So I set up geofencing on my android and my wife's iphone. On my android I removed push notifications for a particular camera in the geofencing mode. I no longer receive the push notifications on my android but my wife still receives them on her iPhone. Are the notification settings customizable by phone device as I don't see the option on her iPhone.

Iam having the same type of problem, 1 of my base stations works great sending notifications and sounds the other base wont send notification sounds under custom mode (been rebuilt 3 times) but will in armed mode now if I log in to that problem base it works good I think its a grant access thing. I have been through all the remove base and camera stuff with no help ever since this new app came out its been nothing but problems. The firmware is the same on both bases. Iam on Android version 9 and know its not the phone due to not having the problem before.
Almost 2 grand tied up on the system and it doesn't perform like it. I bet the CEO doesn't even own this system. Been thinking of dumping this system and going to Blink. Arlo does have a very nice product if only the programmers and tech's knew what they are doing without fixing one thing and breaking another.
Iam really starting to think they are screwing up the Arlo, Arlo pro and pro 2 to get people to the pro 3 and ultra where you have to pay for the cloud recordings and dumping us due to the free 7 day recordings. But I have been reading the pro 3 and ultra forums and things are not great over there either. Arlo needs to get there act together.
