How do I use audio feature on the Pro? I don't see a icon for mico on my iphone for the Arlo

The mic icon should appear on the bottom of the camera while in Live View mode

Why it is so hard to the person to heard me when I using the microphone. My volume is 100%

App or browser? The app can have issue since there's no way to increase the phone mic gain like you can on a computer.

Be sure you are logging out by navigating to Settings > Profile > Log out. Enter your password information and log back in.

This should restore the microphone icon.
