New videos don’t register on computer, iPad or iPhone.

Hey @Coastalquad,

 

Try to log out of your account on any devices you have currently logged onto and log on to one device only and try to see if you receive a video as new. If you're still having problems, try to reboot/power cycle your Base Station to see if that helps.

What iOS version are you on for your iPhone and iPad? Have you tried reinstalling the app to see if that works?

I am running iOS12.3.1 and have reinstallled the app twice.

When reinstalling the app, have you tried restarting your iOS devices to see if that helps too?

Yes, twice on each device,  As a side note, my wife who has granted access to the account gets instant notifications.
