Arlo Pro False Sound Alerts

Every time motion alerts one of our outdoor cameras, the two indoor cameras alert (falsely) for audio. This has been going on for the last couple of months.  I've downloaded all the updates hoping that a resolution was included in the update, but no such luck. Anyone else have the same issue and found a successful resolution?

Hi @PetersSecure

 

Have you tried to reboot your base station & test again? You can also turn the sensitivity down by a value of 1 until you reach the desired results. 

 

Rebooting the camera by removing/re-inserting the battery may remedy the issue as well.
