Arlo Pro Does not Show up in App

I paired successfully, according to the blue blinky light, but the new device does not show up in the app on my phone.  Please advise.

The ios app is a litlle funky right now if that what your using... can you test it on a PC to see the system is functional

 

As to your phone, clear the cache, force a stop and then try a reboot via the power button
