I'm wanting to know if I relocate my base station (disconnect power and internet, reconnect power and internet). Will I be required to resync my Arlo Pro cameras?

Short duration downtime shouldn't be an issue (long periods have lead some to have to resync the cameras).
As for the multiple reboots needed to get the connection to the router going, something's flaky. Could be the base port, the cable or the router port. It's worth investigating before it becomes a real issue.

I moved mine the other day and didn't , but the internet light took 3 reboots to reconnect... the cat 5 port on modem wasn't even flashing...
was a bit worried but it finally came good.
