Hello, I am using Arlo Pro cameras. I can't seem to be able to see the "Activity Zone" option in my Device Settings, although the camera is connected to power. Issue with both Arlo app and web portal. Any ideas or am I missing something?

With the Pro, I am seeing it in my.arlo.com (just go into video settings).

With the iOS app, I also see it (listed as a separate setting).

Are you using iOS or Android?

Also, can you confirm this is a Pro (and not a Pro 2, Pro 3, or Pro 4)?

Using Android.

Confirming it is Arlo Pro.

Per snippet, can't see any button/link for activity zone.

Do I need subscription plan to get the activity zone capability?

Not if the cameras are AC powered.

Do you see them if you go into video settings?

Just checked mine and Activity Zones are displayed in Settings, My Devices, my camera, in the Video section just below Video Settings. If you don't see them, try rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.

How about on a PC (browsing to my.arlo.com)?

Ok.  Note it is accessed a bit differently there (inside of video settings, instead of below it).

You might try removing one of the cameras from the account, and then re-adding it.

Also, did remove all cameras and re-adding them. Who can confirm if Arlo Pro on AC power can have 'Activity Zone' option? Or do i require subscription?

I already answered this.  Read the link.

If you’re not subscribed to an Arlo plan, you can connect the following cameras to continuous AC power to use Activity Zones:

  • Arlo Pro 4
  • Arlo Pro 3
  • Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight Camera
  • Arlo Pro 2
  • Arlo Pro
  • Arlo Q
  • Arlo Q Plus
  • Arlo Baby

Are you sure you have the Pro (and not the older Arlo camera with the four CR123 batteries)?

I'm tagging the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) to call their attention to your issue.

Thanks, and I am confirming I have Arlo Pro.

Out of frustration, I have signed up to the subscription for 1x of my Arlo Pro camera. And right away, the 'Activity Zone' option is available for that camera that's on subscription plan (and not for the other which is not included in the subscription).

From this, I can deduce I need subscription to have the 'Activity Zone' enabled for my Arlo Pro, which contradicts the article on this link:
