I put charged batteries into the cameras but two of our still show dead. This happened before and we had to get a camera replacement. We are very dissatisfied with these continued issues.

When you put the batteries in, did the blue LED on the front of the camera blink?

Sometimes the battery level indicator doesn't refresh but by going into Settings > My Devices > [camera name] > and tapping on the Battery word or level, it can force a refresh
