Both my Arlo Pro cameras (in service date: January 2017) are not taking a charge. I am using both the original USB cable and charger that were provided with the Arlo Pro system.
When I plug the charger into either camera, and look at the camera in devices in the app, it shows the icon to indicate it is charging. If I leave it charging for 8 hours, then unplug it, the battery level remains the same as when I started.
Thus, either the cameras are not enunciating the correct charge level, or the batteries are not taking a charge.
Any thoughts on a solution? I've emailed support, but based on reviewing other threads for this issue, there may quite a runaround.

The only thing i can say is to Pull the battery pack and then replace it ...then plug in the cable to charge.
Also just to cover all bases swap battery packs and attempt charging
full charge should take no more thna 3 hours
