Hello -

We got 2 Arlo cameras about a year or so ago and had no issues with them getting setup/charging initially. Within the last month or so, neither of the cameras will charge and we have tried all of the tips and tricks online with the belief that the cameras might be defective. The correct charging cord and box is used, tried taking the batteries out and plugging in and then inserting the battery, and then when it is plugged in it shows up like normal on the app but just has the indicator that it is plugged in (not that it is charging). Once it is unplugged from the wall and cord, it immediately isn't accessible from the app at all. Neither have the lightning bolt symbol or show charging anymore when plugged in. I tried removing the devises from the app/home station and redoing them and updating the hardware, etc. on them that it prompted and still no hope.

We just recently received another add on Arlo Pro for Christmas (to make 3) and used the same charger and base station and had no issues. That said, I believe it might just be the 2 cameras and something happened over time. Anything else that we can do or thoughts? Thanks for the help in advance!

Use the Contact SUpport link at the bottom here since it seems to be a hardware issue. A possible workaround is to use the new camera to charge the batteries or invest in the external charging station so the camera isn't involved in the charging process.
