Arlo Pro Camera not syncing to base station

Arlo Pro Wire-Free is unable to re-sync to the base station.  I removed it by mistake and can’t get it to re-sync.

You're not clear as to what camera you have. You mention "Arlo Pro wire-free" but then selected the Essential camera as the model. If it's not an Essential camera, remove the battery and look inside for a label showing VMCxxxx and let us know.

NVM, user error as I was syncing to the wrong camera version

This event mine did the same. They went offline and I to remove everything to start over. Now only one camera out five sync. I feel like this is Arlo company 🤨😡😡😡

I added my message because it looks like the same thing happened to a couple other people too, so I’m not sure if there’s some firmware update that the cameras stop going and stopped working. Maybe it might be a tactic. I’m not sure but I just wanted to see what other people had had experience and what did

What basestation are you using? What troubleshooting steps have you already tried, just so we don't ask you to repeat them.
