Arlo Pro Camera battery needs replaced

I have just bought the Arlo Pro (4 cameras) onw of them is asking me to replace the battery. I have placed different batteries in the camera which I know are working but it is still giving me the same answer am I missing something? Thanks Kerry

Bad batteries happen as do cameras. Swap at the store or open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
