Arlo Pro camera works when powered directly, but not with a good battery.
I've switched out batteries to verify.
We have two systems, one at the office and one at home.
I've switched the camera from office to home system, same results.
Device settings indicates 0% or 1% battery life, but when I remove battery and take it to another camera it is nearly 100%
Powered overnight, no change.

The camera is new, but it is over 1 year old, having just hooked it up for the first time.
I want the camera to work with the battery, not directly wired.

If the battery works in anothert camera then the battery is fine. Check the camera that it doesn't work in and make sure the battery contacts are clean when you open the battery compartment. Sounds like either a bad connection or a bad camera.
