Have had camera for 12 montgs and just recently I am receiving notifications for motion detected by camera but when I look in library there is no recorded video

First thing to try is to remove the power from the base station and then power it back up and let it continue booting for a couple of minutes. If that doesn't fix it, remove then re-insert the batteries.
