My cameras are end of life and the quality of the picture is starting to show. On the end of life page it states if you on boarded before January 1 2023 you are eligible for upgrade offers yet there is no way to receive this. Is there anyway to still get a offer to upgrade?

Can you post a link to the page where you are seeing this?

Arlo did offer some discounts to ease the transition, but they expired long ago.

Under "what devices will be moved to EOL"

@JamesC:  Does this note still apply:

Note: US customers who onboarded an Arlo Wire-Free Camera (VMC3030) or Arlo Pro Camera (VMC4030) before January 1, 2023 are eligible for upgrade offers.

If it does, how would you get the offer???

That is why I am asking here. There is no way to chat a human being or a representative from Arlo at all. I tried for about an hour this morning and got nowhere. It does not make sense and why should I upgrade and continue to give my money to Arlo if they won't help a loyal customer.

The mods all work for Arlo, and I tagged one of them for you.  He likely will reply here.

If you have a subscription, you can alternatively get phone support.

Note that Arlo hasn't offered free cloud storage on new camera models since 2018.  So you will need a subscription to get cloud storage if you upgrade the cameras.

Ah I could not see the tag, thank you. I understand I will have to pay now but I would like to stick with Arlo at least if I can afford it so we can keep everything the same. Thanks for all the replies I'll wait their response
