Arlo Pro Camera Keeps Showing Device Is Busy Or Offline

Dear sir,

 

Please kindly assist to solve my arlo pro camera problem. The cameras keep showing device is busy or offline, and cannot view live monitoring. Have tried restart several times, log in log out, cameras' battery take out put back. But still same problem occurs.Also recently just re-add in camera to system.
