Arlo Pro Camera - I can only get one of the two cameras to record on motion

New to the community just purchased a alto pro two camera system. After installing the system I can only get one of the two cameras to record on motion. Any word of wisdom word be gratefully appreciated

Arm the cameras and then on the Live View screen, verify that the motion icon is black ( active ) ( ball with lines or running man )

checked the settings on both (they appear to be the same)one works great and the other camera work works on everything thing except motion. Even deleted and then added it again

Swap the two cameras to see if it is location or camera ( problem follows camera )

If it does, Contact Arlo Support
