Camera outside stopped working. Had battery in and also plugged in.
I removed the device and tried to reinstall with and without battery to no avail. NO BLUE BLINKING LIGHT or any color when trying to sync. No lights or action at all

I am having the exact same problem!! It just stopped working. I tried charging the battery, I removed the device tried to add it and it’s dead no blue light

Will the camera power on when you have the charging cable attached? What LED indicators do you see on the front of the camera when you plug the cable in with/without the battery inserted?
