Arlo Pro Battery Completely Dead

We’ve had our Arlo Pro for about 8 months. The battery on one of the cameras is completely dead and can’t be charged. Is this normal? Shouldn’t the batteries last longer than that?

Did you read the FAQ here to rejuvenate a dead battery? I recharge when the battery sends the 15% warning message.
