Arlo Pro Batteries not charging

About a year ago I bought this - Arlo Pro - Wireless Home Security Camera System with Siren, Rechargeable, Night Vision, Indoor/Outdoor, HD Video, 2-Way Audio, Wall Mount, Cloud Storage Included, 3 Camera Kit (VMS4330), White. It has 3 rechargeable cameras. I cannot get the batteries to charge on any of them. I can get the cameras to work if I have the camera connected to the mains via the charging lead so suspect the problems is solely with the batteries. Any advice? Thanks

You are using the original ac adapter and cable? A normal usb adapter will NOT charge the battery. It requires a qualcom dual voltage type.

If so unplug and wait a few mins and repeat 6x... see below... If battery is drained to low it needs a bit of push to get started

Thanks for this.

I am using the orginal charger that came with it.

I have rebooted the system and set up again but experienceing the same issues.

It looks like a significant battery failing which is pretty disappointing. 

I will call support tomorrow.
