Base station has outer lights on (green), but middle light is out (I believe that is the internet light). Internet is working fine throughout the house on all other items.
I'm unsure if this is related, but we experienced a power outage prior to this occurring.

The Internet LED being out means it's not connected to the router for some reason. Try turning off your modem, router and base and then turn them back on in that order, waiting for each to initialize before going on the the next.
If that fails, try a different cable and a different port on the router.
