Arlo Pro Audio issue

One of my Arlo Pro's has clear audio... the other one does not.  The volume selector, in the live window pane, is active.  I have searched thru mode, turned on and off the audio, and on and off the camera.  I have even removed, and reinstalled the battery.  My one camera just has no audio.  I don't know what else to do.  Am I to undersand there is to be a percentaget slid below the microphone selector??  I have a toggle switch (for on and off) for the microphone, and speaker, for both Arlo pro cameras, but underneath there is only a percentage slide for Speaker volume only.  Please help.  These puppies were not cheap and am not happy!!!

 

These cameras are too new to be experiencing issues already!

Hardware issues happen.  You can try to reset by removing the camera from Settings, My Devices, open and close the battery door and resync.  If that doesn't help, you can swap the system at the store for another or open a case:
