Arlo Pro 7 day cloud wipes after 7 days

I have seen another user on here had the same issue but there was no solution posted..
On 8th day of cloud storage the previous 7 days are automatically wiped clean and it starts over. It does not keep 7 days of storage but instead every 7 days it starts over by erasing all 7 days.

I have rebooted base station but this did not help.

That obviously shouldn't be happening but a few basic questions first. Have you or anyone else been deleting videos? Do you use a filter at times in the library and forget that it's set? Do you see the same thing on the app as well as a computer browser? If you use Settings, Grant Access to a different email address does the same thing happen?
