Arlo Delay in Asia?

I am moving to Asia this summer and am curious if there are any Arlo servers in that part of the world. Also, I assume the Pro requires more bandwidth than the basic Arlo wireless, so if there is no server in Asia, it would be better to get the basic model to cut down on as much lag as possible, right? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The Pro can peak at close to 1 Mbs.... so the min upload speed recommended by Netear is 1 Mbs

If the Netgear higher levels  are not supported in your area, normal internet above the listed speeds should work at the Basic service level

If just starting out , I feel the Pro model would be the better option
