Arlo Cameras Will Not Sync (Pro)

I have had 4 Arlo Pro cameras for a couple of years.  I charged all of them a couple of weeks ago; within a week, 2 of the 4 went offline.  I decided to remove them as devices and then try and re-sync.  After pressing Sync on each camera, the led blinks blue slowly and then after a period will flash blue rapidly and then nothing.  The app tries to locate for about 5 minutes and then says it can't connect.  I've tried everything...any ideas?  Arlo support was absolutely no help at all (buy a new camera at 30% off...no an answer).

I've had similar things happen in the past. Have you tried force closing the app and clearing the app cache and/or the web client to see what happens?

I've tried rebooting the iPhone and have also tried using a totally different phone with the same results.  Thanks.
