can you watch Arlo pro camera on any other device app. I.E. 36" monitor or is app only.

App or web browser

Apple TV has an app but you can use others. I have a Samsung Smart TV and can use the web browser to view most things - anything that uses Flash won't work since Flash isn't supported. That's generally just live view but there's some other things, too.

An alternative is to use a mobile device and cast the screen to your TV.
