Arlo Camera capturing hours worth of video but freezes after a couple of seconds

So I have this one camera setup outside and its motion activated. I see clips hours long but they only have seconds worth of video and then freezes. It just stays frozen for the rest of the video. I really need an solution for this issue. Help me out! Thanks guys!

I would power cycle the base and when that comes back online, do a battery pull reset of the camera
