Arlo Camera Wont Charge

I have 2 arlo pro cameras that wont charge. 1 shows incompatible charger with an arlo charger. The other just blinks amber. I have 4 arlo chargers, 2 which just came with a new purchase less than a month ago and none will charge them. The only thing customer support is offering is a new charger.
