Arlo App not discovering my two basestations.

I have three arlo pro basestations. One is working fine. One does not get the internet light even though connected via wired ethernet. The third shows the green ethernet light. All three have WiFi broadcasting NTGR_VMB_xxxxxxxx. But my arlo app will not discover the last two basestations. How do I get them into my system. Earlier I had to use three different emails. Should I use another phone with another email and then share?

Did you remove them from those accounts before you tried to add them back?

This was so long ago, I do not remember what device I had used for each of them. Those devices are now long gone.

On my main phone I can have only one Arlo account and so should I find two other iphones and login under those accounts to see which basestation they were associated with. I have reset both basestation by powering and inserting a pin in the reset hole. Would the basestation still remember those a/c. Or is it that I cannot add more than one base station per email. Thanks for your help.

The cameras and base can't be added to a new account until they are removed from the old one.
