Can I use Arlo ABB1000 Bridge - 2.4 GHz to extend my range? I have 1 camera that has 1 bar and sometimes that bar turns orange

No, the Bridge is for the lights, it will not work for the cameras.

The only true way to expand coverage is by adding another base... There is no limit on the number of bases. ( but in meanwhile can you centrally located the base )
