Are their any problems using AC power adapter and no battery installed

What are the problems using the Arlo Pro camera on just external power and no battery installed other than it would not work during power failures.

I was thinking without the battery and a power loss the camera might lose sync.

I often remove power from my cameras. As soon as power is restored the camera attempts to resynchronize.
