App showing plug icon rather then battery display

How do I switch to show battery life/ usage. The Arlo Pro is running on battieres not plugged in...not sure why it is showing plug icon? Thanks!

Exiting the App most of the time fixes it but if not try rebooting system. If still exist then time to give Support a call down the bottom of this page. Most likely this is an App Bug. Goodluck!
