My app isn't working on iphone or ipad when I try to arm the system. Just keep getting the "getting information" message but it never loads to the area where I can arm / disarm the system.

Do you still see this after rebooting the iphone?
Do you see the cameras and base when you log into my.arlo.com on a PC?
