App Update Not Communicated

Does Arlo communicate when new app update changes functionality? Just spent an hour with customer support related to base units no longer visible as device to find out an update to app changed how to activate alarm in base unit.

Thanks for reply. You would think customer service would have been able to communicate the change. They were not aware of change either. There is still a live streaming issue with latest release. Only works occasionally. Looks like it is live but stuck on last image. Can see others having same problem on iOS devices. Solution coming????
