All cameras but Arlo Pro playback online

I've purchased two Arlo cameras with a base station that work flawlessly. Then I added an arlo pro to the mix. All cameras playback live. When I go to my app to playback recorded clips, the two original arlo cameras playback, but the arlo pro clip does not playback. I have to download the clip to my phone to play it back. All cameras and base station firmware is up to date. I'd like for those clips to play without downloading. Any tips?

First try power cycling the base. Second, reinstall the app. Also, does it work OK using a browser?

I powered down the base.  Then deleteted/redownloaded the app.  Tried again and the arlo pro footage still doesn't play. The regular (non-pro) ARLO footage plays fine.  When I press the PLAY button on the ARLO PRO footage the image turns green-ish (like a Matrix color grade) and freezes.  Never plays.  I tried going online and playing the footage... and it plays.  So something is up with the app playing the footage.  Is there anything else I could try besides deleting the app again?

It probably is worth restarting the phone, too, just to be sure the phone hasn't gotten goofy.
