Hi I’ve got an Arlo pro 4 camera system. I have all 4 connected to independent solar charges, they have been working perfectly for about a year and then I noticed a few days ago that None of them were charging, I’ve tried everything, changing the battery changing solar panels around, cleaning the plug out but absolutely nothing works in getting them charging.
Im seeing in the threads that I’m not the only one, many others have had this same problem. I can’t think of anything else (besides a lightening strike) that will cause all 4 independent, healthy and operational solar panels to one day just cease working… I believe the problem can only be from an automatic arlo update.
is there any way to roll back an update?

Im not sure what’s wrong with yours, I got one non arlo brand one but decent quality and pretty big. Said designed for my camera system Put it on a spot where it got good sunlight at least 50% of the day, it never worked right, at lunch it may have gone up 1%, however out of direct intense sunlight they actually drained them faster! Gave up on it, been charging them since like usual with a cord.
what model chargers did you get?
you are probably right on an update pushing the power requirements up a bit on top of aging batteries? I have never seen a roll back function on my base station
when mine finally go I’ll probably change home security providers, have them install a couple cameras and a door ring one, add some extra stuff to my current security system and just have it monitored and powered all by a security company instead of maintaining my own system.

I'm having the same exact issue. Bought the solar charger in November 2022 and it worked fine out of the box -- connected to my new Arlo Pro 4, which also worked fine out of the box. On December 14/15, the Arlo camera stopped connecting to my network. Left on vacay next day and when I came back Dec 26 tried to reconnect the Arlo camera, which now is regularly disconnecting, and in addition to that issue, the solar panel (the one I bought from Amazon and is the exact Arlo product sold on the website for pro 4 cameras) is no longer charging the camera, with the same error message as Thunda666. Is it possible that Arlo issued some updates that all of a sudden started to make certain devices (cameras and solar chargers) inoperable?
PS. The camera continues to charge fine with my indoor charger.
