After Update My Camera Will Not Send Notifications Or record

Since the update last week, my cameras have not been recording, or alerting me when there's someone outside. Before the update, they worked fine. Now, I can see what's going on outside, but I can not get an alert when someone comes to the door, or record them. Anyone have any ideas? I have done everything I can think to do, and nothing helps.

I got a message through my Arlo app saying the method of sending alerts had changed. I noticed I had not gotten an alert for a couple of days, so I did the update.
I still haven't gotten any alerts, though I should be getting several every day.

Are you getting recordings? If no recordings, no alerts. Have you checked your active mode?
