Added a 4th & 5th camera but they aren't recording

I have a Arlo Pro system that has worked pretty well with the 3 cameras for the past couple of years.  I recently inherited a couple of extra Arlo Pro camers and synched them up to my base station.  I can monitor all 5 cameras.  I get alerts on all of them.  I can see when people go in and out of the camera if I go to Live mode.  But the 2 new ones do not record to the library, only my original 3.  Is there some sort of camera number limitation I don't know about?  I though Arlo should support 5?

You should be able to use all 5 with no problem. Have you checked your modes to verify that rules for those cameras exist and are proper? You say you "inherited" them - did the previous owner remove them from their account? It might be worth removing and resyncing them to see if that helps.

 

BTW, are you in the library with a lead pipe? Inquiring minds want to know...  🙂
