Account being cancelled With payment

I received an email saying my account is being cancelled, yet I have paid my monthly subscription fee which covers me up to 1st June. I have an email confirmation of the payment invoice. Also Arlo are trying to take a further £26.15 from my account which I have had to block to stop from coming out. When I log into my account my subscription shows as “Arlo Secure Multi Camera” yet it won’t allow me to contact support directly. Can anyone help me get in touch with support please?

Don't you see a phone support option in the support center?

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
